We are excited to announce the beginning of a new tradition at the inn. Sylvie Rowand will be showcasing her extraordinary culinary skills at regular dinners. Sylvie's "Refined Country Cooking" emphasizes freshness, seasonality and flavor, using locally sourced ingredients prepared carefully with a little flair...and plenty of herbs from the garden. To book your dinner reservation:

1. Click on the "Reservations" button at the top right of your screen.
2. Click on the "Make a New Reservation" button.
3. Enter the date of the dinner you wish to attend and "1" for number of nights.
4. Click "Check Availability"
5. Scroll down to "Dinner with Sylvie for 2" and click "Click Here to Reserve"
6. Fill in your information and click "Submit"  (please note the system will show a "lodging tax" instead of  a "food tax" but the amount is correct)
